Having visited a fair share of park/woodland areas in other countries, this fell rather short. Our guide was underwhelming, but even so, our family would have preferred to spend the time at the beach and skipped the drive up there. Plenty more to do on...More

the forest is beautiful but the path quite unclean with a lot of beer cans. A pity, it could be a very nice spot.

We traveled with three children. Our guide took us into the forest and left us there to trek. We were wearing flip-flops so we were worried at first. But the path we were on was wide and clean so we had no problems and continued....More

We had a driver that took us to the outside of the park and we went for a walk on our own. It is interesting to see and a nice trip away from the town. We saw squirrels and a monkey. It is worth the...More

Full of promise and lots of stories.. We did a day trek in the jungle with Jerry and did not bump into any cobras or man-sized lizards. It was great fun though and we did see a beautiful owl and a giant multi-coloured squirrel. I...More

The forrest is nice, but the ground is filled up with garbage. Boxes from food and snacks, beverages, cigarettes, plastic bags.. and a lot of it.

We went through the national park in a jeep. Roads terrible but the walk into "the jungle" was amazing. No good if you don't like large creepy crawl use

Really nothing special. Better waterfalls just about anywhere else. If you have limited time, skip it. Also pretty crowded.

By the time i was on the island, it was absolutely forbidden to get into the park. Quite bad and sad. Some treks were proposed by agencies but they were not in the real NP which is located in the north/north-east of the island. The...More

There is no access to the park, but some short trails in the surrounding bush can be accessed. A taxi can bring you there or you can go by moped, although not easy to find. Google to find trails on the maps ( see my post for... More
