This church is small, but nice, the courtyard was quite a surprise. I love the "sculpture" they made from - obviously - and old tree (see photos). The little town of Cerillos has some really lovely buildings that are being restored. If you're doing the...More

Small but pretty little church in the charming village of Cerrillos. Definitely worth a stop in. Holiday music performances are great.

I didn't get to go inside, as many have mentioned, but it is a nice little church and worth walking around. A nice place to take pictures in this quaint little village.

Not open to the public unless you attend mass. A drive by is all you need to do! Courtyard area has some statuary and a stations of the cross area.

Maybe the garden would be nice later in the year. Four very poorly carved statues of Mary, some blah tiles of events in her life. The real attraction is the shabby chic town. Lots of picture potential.

The church was locked but we were able to walk though their very unique courtyard. Knocked on a door and father was very gracious in opening the church for us and letting us visit.

We stopped at St. Joseph Church during our recent visit to the quirky town of Cerrillos. The church is right on main street; you can't miss it. We did not go inside the church itself, but took pictures of the outside. There's a shrine connected...More
