We were walking around old mesill when we saw a wedding held here in front of the Church. It made us happy to know that the church is still a vital part of the community and not merely an architectural relic.

We saw this building while we were watching around the plaza in Mesilla. Recognize the importance of the building and its place in the history of the region.

Old Mesilla is a must to go visit! The church is so beautiful. We went inside and were welcomed and greeted by a very nice lady who explained the history of the church. Amazing stained glass windows.

A friendly volunteer stands by to answer questions and help with advice in the beautiful sanctuary. The colors and textures are lovely and music soars constantly. A really memorable experience.

This is a stop you do not want to miss. The stained glass, the pews, the altar, the ornaments are all well cared-for and properly displayed. You will want to take your camera, but be respectful.
