Overview
More
Just north of Santa Fe is Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs’ secluded sanctuary. Deemed sacred by Native Americans of Northern New Mexico, our legendary waters have been soothing body, mind and spirit naturally for centuries. Ojo is the only hot springs in the world with 4 unique, sulfer-free mineral waters. The resort is historic, yet modern and fresh with eclectic charm in a relaxed and tranquil environment. The full-service spa offers a wide array of restorative treatments including nurturing massage and hydrating face and body treatments. Don’t miss a soak in a private outdoor pool by fire at night or in the seasonal, detoxifying mud pool. We offer an unpretentious and uncomplicated atmosphere with a variety of lodging accommodations including enchanting suites, charming cottages, the historic hotel and private homes. All lodging includes access to all mineral pools every day of your visit. The Artesian Restaurant provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our chef blends local flavors with global cuisine. Creative dishes include Green Chile Crusted Salmon, homemade pasta, and Ribeye. Lighter fare is available in the Wine Bar & Lounge. Yoga classes are offered 7 days a week. Ojo is nestled in a valley on 1,100 acres and is adjacent to thousands of acres of hiking and mountain biking trails. We suggest that you make reservations for spa treatments, private outdoor pools and dinner before you arrive.

We have been to Ojo before and it certainly has gotten fancier over the last few years. But it's still a comfortable and relaxing place. This visit we stayed in a Cliffside suite with a private hot tub pool, which we put to good use,...More

I have been to the hot springs in ojo many times, usually in the winter when the warm water is enjoyable. This visit was my first in the summer and I was a little worried about it because I do not like to be hot....More

No pain for 3 days soaking in these waters and the spa attendants so sweet and helpful. For the most part quiet, peaceful and healing. A professional shusher walks around to quiet any loud talkers. LOVE THIS PLACE

We made a last minute, off-the-itinerary, decision to visit Ojo Caliente one evening after sight seeing and a horseback ride. After 6:00 pm, the rates drop to $16 per person, and the pools are open until 10:00 pm so there's plenty of time to soak...More

I would say early morning to mid day or come at 3:00 and stay until closing. Nighttime is pretty incredible there. I would give yourself a minimum of 5 hours especially if you get a massage. You can also take s break from... More

I do not believe that Ojo Caliente in N. Mexico is affiliated with Spa Finders. You can find their toll free phone number on their website and ask. The only one I know of that does is a massage place called Black Mesa in... More

No. The pools are all too warm for little ones. And quiet is mandatory there. They don't allow any noise.
