I have never been here before this trip but glad I came. Red river NM was very nice and glad I went. I will plan more vacations and this will be one of them again.

This trail has nice views of the river and is a moderate climb. It is easily accessed right from town .It is an interpretative trail.

I highly recommend this trail regardless of your fitness level. If you can walk unassisted then you can do this trail.

Good one-mile trail for almost all levels of walkers/hikers, never far from the river and sight of town. Also a good place for trail running. Connects to pathways on the ski runs that can add some distance to a hike/walk.
