A wonderful opportunity to experience the work of local artists of the community. There is no admission fee but they do accept donations.

This museum was amazing. Was not sure I wanted to do it but it is worth the trip. There are a lot of pieces for all age groups. The art is very different and likable by all.

We spent a couple of hours here and could have spent all day. The art work is all local and extraordinary. The manager came out and spoke with us and was helpful and informative about several of the artists. It's free to go in though...More

The gallery was huge and full to the brim with really varied and fantastic art. Primarily paintings, but also some scuplture and interesting stuff. It was free, but we donated. Highly recommend, a must see!

Anderson Museum has an amazing assortment of art. The museum was established by the Anderson family who were major stockholders in Conoco Oil Company. It's definitely contemporary art, you won't find any old masters here.

This is my favorite art museum of any kind in the southwest USA. The art on display here is fantastic and could be on display at any major contemporary art museum in the nation. Every single piece is quality. Forget the UFO stuff, this is...More

When you think of Roswell you think about space alien visits, but they also have an excellent art museum. Anderson is incredible with nine large galleries and a huge selection of paintings and sculptures. While it bills itself as “contemporary” you won’t really find anything...More

It was interesting to see the contemporary pieces. Some we liked while others we did not understand/like. It was very quiet the afternoon we were there.
