The Embudito Trail seems far less busy than La Luz. It is just as challenging a climb, though. The views are spectacular, and just get better the higher you climb. The side trail to South Peak seems pretty clearly marked. Just after the side trail...More

This trail offers a multitude of views for runners, bikers, and daytime walkers with dogs. Stay in the foothills for these activities or pack a lunch and head into the mountains with your favorite two-legged or four-legged friend.
