I went on a vacation to Tucumcari and went to this store. The cashier was really nice. He showed me all around the store and even gave me a discount on the gas pump shown below!

This was a place we planned on going to on our way to Santa Fe and we pulled in and it was closed. My kids are very disappointed.

We stopped at this iconic place. Unfortunate...it was closed but it is just a trip to see just the outside!! Can hardly wait to go by again and see the inside!!! A promise of a quirky experience.

It was closed up when we drove by, but we still took pictures and glanced at the memorabilia outside. Interesting closeup of old machines, gas pumps, and signs

I really don't know. They advertise to open at 8:00 am but does it change in the winter. Of course call 575-461-3887 to get a definitive answer. But let me add this. Just visiting the outside is a treat in itself. If I get... More
