This is an easy drive now that the road has been tarred. A stop at Louis Leipoldt's grave is a must and offers time to reflect on this amazing man.

We walked part of the Heuningsvlei path (we have completed that before and it is a fairly tough walk back) The rock 'sculptures' are extraordinary, one can see all sorts of different faces and creatures..fascinating. An easy walk for oldies like us!

Lovely tarred pass in perfect condition! Travelling to the Cederberg Mountains have just become a pleasure with the good quality of the roads. No reason not to visit this special part of South Africa.

Lovely place to drive though. Go slow to enjoy the bends and the twists. You can even catch KFM for a listen.
