Mostly blown glass similar to Murano. Spectacular glassware of all kinds, comparable in my opinion to Murano glass to which I have been many times. Upstairs they usually have a gallery show which is always good.

I came to Beacon to visit the DIA: Beacon contemporary art museum and detoured into the historic downtown to go especially to this store. Simply a treasure trove of hand-blown art to admire and use in the home. Great also for gifts.

We went on a winter day and enjoyed the store. Some unique pieces and friendly staff. Pretty expensive - you are paying for the setting.
