Always a relaxing and fun time at the lake. If you are not a local you can rent jetski's, a skiff and other options.

We went here almost every day off we had from camp. Entry is $5, but nobody ever checks so I'm sure if you were getting dropped off you could easily sneak in up the road a bit. They have water activites to hire and on duty lifeguards. Theres shade and seating and bbq areas. Toilets and showers and kids playground. Plenty of grass to relax under a shady tree or sunbake

Such a nice place to fish and swim. We were exploring the area and came upon this state park off the beaten path. The beach had a lifeguard, and separate swimming areas for all ages, bbq grills and tables. Boat rentals and paddleboats were available. Looking for a beach in the area? This then, is the place for you and your family.

Nice lake. Swimming area with lifeguard. Water was warmer than other lakes/ponds we visited in the region. They also had bathrooms with showers and picnic tables. We had to pay $5 per person but worth it for us.
