Several acres of well-being mown grass, baseball, softball and soccer fields, well-maintained sand volleyball courts, and a huge playground for the kids right smack dab in the center. Plenty of picnic tables scattered everywhere, some in private secluded areas and others in big groups useful for parties. Standard park-style charcoal grills scattered throughout as well.

As soon as the weather gets warm, I am bicycling up here 3-4 times a week from Binghamton's West Side. It is a beautiful park, well used by walkers, dog lovers and bicyclists. It runs along the Chenango River, and is very well maintained.

This park is a public park maintained by Broome County. The County's care of the park is constant, be it mowing or snow removal. This attention allows for use of the grounds year around. The surroundings are beautiful - mature trees, numerous walking paths and a pond which is very popular with a large flock of Canadian geese. The rest... More

Nice long walking trail. Be careful of all the goose poop though! Great soccer and sand volleyball courts. Nice big playground for children.

Absolutely LOVE this park! We took our dog there walking in the summer. It's absolutely gorgeous! The trails are nice and there is plenty for the young ones to do as well.

I love this park! It's a great place to bring kids to play, go for a walk or run, or to just relax! I have been coming here since I was little and it's nice to see how it's changed thru the years! I also love when the Spiedie Fest is in town with all the hot air balloons and... More

This park is big and beautiful. My leashed dogs are welcome. People clean up after their pets and are very considerate of others. The park has a lower trail too so you can walk close to 5 miles round trip. Bikes are welcome. There is a playground, volleyball area, picnic tables and plenty of bathrooms. Security rides bikes through the... More
