Wet there with my family and my sister in law's family, had a great time and the kids loved it, specially the seals show; they were dancing and clapping it was great. The Dinosaurs ride was cool, we all loved it too. We also got on the camels ride, and the best was the trolley that rides around the zoo... More

Took my five year old here a few days ago and was quite disappointed. We got to the zoo at 1pm and after walking the entire grounds left around 3:30 with only seeing the sea lions, some reptiles and just a few birds. Did not get to see any of the bears, monkeys, no lions, no tigers no giraffes no... More

We love being members of the zoo. If you go more then twice a year the membership is well worth the price. If you are going as a one time visit, be aware of the prices. Membership prices include (but addtional for non members) kids farm, carousal, pony ride, camel ride, etc. Enough about prices. The place is very large... More

Went in Dec. Cold but still great. A lot of animals are inside so u can view while staying warm. The zoo was not packed with people and parking was easy. 4D movie was fun and the exhibits were very nice. I would go back.

See this zoo for the amimals, the special exhibits like the Congo, the Wild Asia monorail ride, the 4D movie and zmadagascar; and for the stupendous architectural design of buildings over 100 years old. Great any time of year.

We've been to many, many zoos! This by far is the best yet! We went on November 25th, cold but sunny. Few people, animals were all happy, the habitats were extraordinary! Hardly any concrete enclosures... natural grass and actual dirt, with beautiful trees all around! Amazing! Highly recommend!

Nice stroll thru the Zoo. A few exhibits were closed, but light crowd on Sunday of Thanksgiving Day weekend. We walked around for 2 plus hours and saw most of the park. We went to Arthur Ave for a great dinner after.

My daughter had a homework assignment to visit the zoo free of charge, so why not! The zoo hasn't changed in many years. The animals are plentiful and exotic, my favorite is the reptile house as well as the birdhouse. My daughter really enjoyed the butterfly house which did house many many species of butterflies. Just a sidenote some of... More

It's easy to get to on the subway. The zoo is attractive enough, feels like a walk in a park however most of the enclosures for the animals are way to inadequate, with little or no interactive toys for them so you get to see very bored animals. The food in the main cafe was very average however the staff are... More
