This landmark is a great place for parents or teachers to take a trip with the little ones. It has so many great Americans to learn about. Eli Whitney, Stanford White, Alexander Graham Bell, Henry Clay, John James Audubon and many many more. I love the views from up there and it is lots of fun for children to walk through it's like walking through a maze

This is a very unique place hidden on the Bronx Community College Campsus right off the Interstate 87 that you take after crossing the GW Bridge. It is free and you can just walk through it on your own. No tour guides, but the Monuments are self-explanatory. Learn about these past great Americans

Went to this beautiful campus for the first time in years. I attended NYU many years ago and returned for a gathering of NYU Heights alumni. A tour of the Hall of Fame for Great Americans and the magnificent Gould Memorial Library brought back many very enjoyable memories. The Hall and Library are as beautiful as ever and the visit provided special moments.

The hall of fame is truly inspirational and the set up is phenomenal. If you start at the side by the main entrance and walk to the end, on that side of the campus you'll have an amazing view of Manhattan particularly during sunset.

This is one of my favorite hidden gems in the Bronx! No one would expect a neoclassical sculpture garden with gorgeous NY and NJ views to be nestled on a hill in University Ave, but it is! The Hall of Fame includes a number of notable historical figures, artists writers, etc. like Mark Twain and Abraham Lincoln. It is part of Bronx Community College which has some truly beautiful architecture. Walking across the lovely campus to get the Hall of Fame is a feast for the eyes. The security guards were super friendly and proud to give me directions to the spot. The whole experience took about 30 minutes, it was very cool!

It's a relic from a time when those represented there were thought to be the greatest of Americans - and it was made for a very different time and overlook. It, like Woodlawn Cemetery, is an invitation to return to the Guilded Age in the Bronx. For that alone it is worth the visit. It also has very good parking nearby.

This historic site is on the campus of Bronx Community College. It contains bronze busts of many famous American statesman, inventors, writers etc. It's unusual, informative and surely worth a visit to the Bronx.
