Bristol Mountain is the premier resort located in the Western Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our 1200' vertical rise allows Bristol Mountain to reign as the highest vertical between the Adirondack/Laurentian Mountains of the east and the Rocky Mountains of the west. There are 138 acres of total skiable terrain. Views from the summit and the 34 slopes and trails are breathtaking and provide a variety of inclines for every skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert with 32% of the slopes being novice, 50% intermediate, and 18% advanced level terrain. During our night operating season, 96% of our trails have lighting. To assure our skiers and snowboarders of the best possible snow conditions, Bristol Mountain is proud of its state-of-the-art snowmaking system which covers 97% of the terrain.

We are from MI and like to take a ski trip every winter break. This year we drove to Bristol Mountain. My teenage boys and husband loved the vertical height of 1200 feet. The runs were long and lines were super short- 5 minutes max...More

Bristol is my home mountain. A fairly aggressive mtn. with good steeps and fairly diverse trails. Major flaw when night skiing....the Galaxy quad chaor is NEVER open at night. Effectively closing a third of the mountain. Very, very dissapointing to a lifelong Bristol skiier. The old...More

Visited with friends who live in the area to see the fall leaves. Although the fall leaves aren't at their prime yet we visited and got the ski-lift up to the top of the mountain. A great way to start the afternoon with some lovely...More

The view from the top of Bristol Mt. during the Fall is so peaceful. Beautiful colors and the leaves rustling quietly in the breezes make for a very tranquil experience. The chairlift ride itself is fun and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

This was a blast! We did the Aerial Adventures ropes courses which is the mountain's off season activity course. There is also zip lining which we hope to do this year. The course is challenging but you're always clipped to a safety line. Training is...More

This is a great ski resort but I love it in the fall when you can take the chairlift up and walk around in the beautiful upstate NY fall colors.

I believe lift ticket/rental can be purchased prior. We never do due to possible poor weather/snow conditions. The prices are very reasonable and the staff will get you fitted with your gear in minutes. Enjoy!

Agree with Bodine242 - There is an excellent arrangement for snowboarders. While the entire area is mixed use, the ski crown avoids the marked snowboard areas. Take a look at the website and trail map. My family loves it... More
