Explored the Gaffer District after the Wineglass Marathon and found quite a few great places to dine and shops to visit. Parking right close by and a quick walk to the Corning Museum.

Small towns are having a hard time with the small businesses. It was a little disappointing as there are many stores vacant. However we found the people to be very nice and friendly.

Interesting historic neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Interesting architecture and nice ambiance. We relaxed for a while on a couch at the Chamber of Commerce office which is open to the public and has public restrooms.

We had dinner at Hand + Foot and then walked Market Street from end to end. It has some great shops and restaurants and we enjoyed the live music at Centerway Square. I would highly recommend a visit.
