This use to be the Gem of the south shore , they have slowly abandoned this State park . As of this moment the pool is slated to be demolished one of the main reasons folks went here - 2nd the camping area has not...More

This park is great for riding bikes. It is very clean and the grounds are well kept. I have never had any issues here parking.

A very nice State park. Boating docks, relaxing view of Great South Bay. The pool is no longer open to the public.

Great place to sit on the beach and tan, or have a picnic with friends and family. I often ride my bike on the fitness trail along the water, its beautiful!

No you do not need a Huntington pass or a town of Islip pass it’s a state park . So you will have to pay the fee 8.00 I believe per vehicle . And yes there are plenty of picnic areas mist of which will be very quiet . I... More
