The receptionist is rather bossy and not very gracious. But the museum is a great tribute to IBM and all its contributions to our community and the world.

This small museum contains lots of IBM history. It has wonderful displays and detailed information about the formation of IBM. You can view the earliest time machines up through much more modern achievements. A pleasant museum to stroll through.

I was born in Endicott in 1936. May 18th I was planning on visiting the Museum. Sign said open Saturday 4 hours, no other days. At least the window display was a visible. Very Disappointed. Did have a Italian meal and purchased 12 loaves of...More

By all means, this is the very town where IBM began and the old factories are half a block away. The museum is very good and if you ever worked at IBM you should do yourself a favor and stop by.

Yes, IBM is the main attraction of this museum....but it's real name, Endicott History and Heritage Center is rather non descript and doesn't grab me. The important fact you'll learn here is that the two world's largest corporations and manufactures of the 50's into the...More

An amazing (but small) museum in the center of Endicott. It's too bad they don't combine with the Bundy Museum and The Center for Technology and Innovation in Binghamton to make an important museum.

They have many computers etc. from different eras. It is better to see the actual machines than reading from books. The volunteers there also give really nice and detailed guided tour. They only open for a very short time every week, though.

This is an enjoyable museum even if you have no computer knowledge. It is a walk through history with a wow factor of " so that's why" I want to take my dad my husband my kids my neighbor. It isn't one of the world...More

Went on the guided tour of IBM.....thought I had heard the majority of stories from start to current. Learned little-known facts about the startup and the Watson family. Items selected for display are very pertinent and the explanations of some are most helpful. Looking forward...More

Been natives of this area for 40 years. Many of our friends/neighbors were IBM employees. Stopped in on a whim and were pleasantly surprised at the exhibits. Mike the docent was a terrific tour guide.
