Small marina that is quiet in the evening. Short walking distance to beach/ocean, great little snack bar, ice cream and mini-mart. Friendly staff and a nice little National Park Service station too!

Yes, take the LIRR to the Sayville train station. From there you can taxi. There are usually Taxis waiting when the train arrives.

Probably not, better off with Robert Mosses which you can drive to.
