One of the most beautiful beaches on La Digue. In December it was quite windy and wavy there but we had a nice time playing with the waves. Next to the beach there is a nice restaurant with Creole cuisine.

It is a beautiful beach but there are no trees to shade so people were crammed into the tiny amount of shadows that were there. Luckily I had an umbrella. The sea along this stretch (including Petit Anse and Anse Cocos) have strong waves and...More

We were taken here by our landlady and her son in law and he told my wife that if she didn't say "wow" when we arrived she would be walking home! It was a resounding "wow"! It is pure Seychellois with huge granite rocks and...More

This beach has everything. White powdery sand, blue water, granite rocks and greenery. What else you can ask for. A must visit if you are in La Digue. So far swimming is concerned, then this is a much better option than the more famous neighbor....More

Incredibly picturesque beach. Absolutely worth visiting. Be careful of tides - very strong. Tourists tend to ignore but there are a few drownings each year. Stay in shallow water if you plan to swim. Enjoy!

A great beach, large with lots of space, but difficult to find a shadow. If you are early, there are a few palm huts available for 100 rubees. Usually the are big waves here, so it is not good for swimming. A few rocks in...More

Hello guys, I am planning my honeymoon in Seychelles for 8 days with my wife in early December, 2017. I want to do snorkelling, SCUBA diving, nature hike and beach relaxation on my vacation. There are 6 main attractions which I wish want to visit to take beautiful photographs. Anse Source D'Argent, Anse Grande Soeur, Anse Lazio, Anse Georgette (including Morne Blanc mountain hike) and Mahe Island for Morne Blanc climbing and a visit to Victoria market. Could anyone please guide me how should I plan my trip to get the best out of my honeymoon. Where to stay to see all these exotic beaches and how to make to and fro excursions easy and comfortable. We may change our stay on every 2-3 days for the other places (May be 2-3 days for Praslin, La Digue and Mahe Island each). Which tour company to use for Island hoping? We have the budget of about 1500 USD for this trip of 8 days. Truly appreciate your suggestions and grateful for the time provided by you guys to help me plan this out. Best wishes…

Hi, I'm in La Digue now after a 15 days between mahe and praslin. For you honeymoon you don't need a tour company you can easily plan all yourself. I've bought a lonely planet guide. In Mahe: I suggest the beaches in the... More
