After travelling from Mzilibiki on the Kariba Ferry we enjoyed going to the viewing point to see the dam wall, the heights to visit the Catholic Memorial church to honour those who perished building the wall.

Because it was a work trip, we only managed to go to the Dam Wall, which is always a great experience. Having been when I was 8, it was good to go back as an adult.

It is just an amazing place. We did several boat cruises on this lake, and the scenery was simply wonderful and you can enjoy the wildlife surrounding you. Also, the best sunset you can ever see. It's really one of our favourite places in Zimbabwe.
