We saw an article in Conde Naste extolling the virtues of this place so we took a Sunday drive and stopped in around 4pm. We were obviously the last tasting of the day, The wines were certainly worth stopping for to taste. We kind of lucked out as we were supposed to taste the red but since it was gone... More

We love this winery on the west shore of Seneca Lake. It is small and run by the couple who own it. The tasting room is not open as much as bigger wineries so stop if they are open when you drive by. If you will be in the area you can try calling to arrange a tasting time. They... More

Really fun little specialty Vineyard where they make a small number of unfiltered wines. The woman who works there was serving about 20 people at once, all alone, and still did a great job of explaining everything we were drinking, and differences between them. We were thoroughly impressed with the he wines! We did not love everything, but they have... More

Went in for a tasting around noon. I tasted and purchased a 35 dollar bottle of wine last year from them. I told the woman I was interested in tasting the reds (I did not want her to waste the Rieslings on my tasting as I do not like any Rieslings) and asked if there was anything new since last... More

An outstanding experience. The tasting was by far the most informative and entertaining to date. The staff is very dedicated to their products which are very good. Their award winning scavenger hunt Riesling is outstanding. Also enjoy that the winery is organic. Will return with every visit to the Finger Lakes.

Having visited the Finger Lakes several times, we decided to try a few new wineries this trip. Bloomer Creek did not disappoint! The "Master of Ceremonies" guided us through our tasting beautifully! She was very knowledgeable and animated. The wines were wonderful and organic! Must stop on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail!

Of the dozen or so wineries that we visited in the area, this is the one that truly stood out. It is VERY small, but well worth stopping at to get the full scope of experiences. To go here and then to stop at some of the mega-wineries farther up the lake is an exercise in observing extremes. Bloomer Creek... More

My husband and I enjoy wine trips to Seneca lake at least 3 times a year and we just discovered bloomer creek. The proprietor is knowledgable and wonderful to speak with. There wasn't a tasting fee for the 5 wines pre-selected and all were fine and dry. There's a neat artistic, German feel to the atmosphere. We purchased a few... More
