We've been cancelled twice. We live over in Vermont several hours away and the first time we called for a reservation by telephone only to arrive and be told they'd sold out to a bus tour. The second time we reserved by email. We do...More

My wife and I both love this tour. There was so much history. How the canal operates was very interesting. Don’t miss a chance to see this amazing national treasure.

We spent a beautiful afternoon on the L'il Diamond. The captain was very knowledgeable and informative. He definitely knew his stuff and he let the children sit at the helm for pictures! A pleasurable day! Well worth it!

This packet boat (replica) ride was very interesting in terms of the overall technological, usage, and human elements of the 200-year history of the Erie Canal. It does go through lock 32, which mounts and descends 20-some feet. Impressive. Our guide was very knowledgeable and...More

This was a great tour. Our captain, narrator was excellent and infirmative. He pointed out the bald eagle perched high in a treetop. I knew about the Erie Csnal but found out that I really didn’t know much. Going through the lock was amazing.
