I love the Cayuga Waterfront. It's long and so lovely. I recommend that you go at sunset, it's spectacular at that time.

The trail is a great way to get up close and personal with the southern end of Cayuga Lake. The trails are basically flat and are no effort to walk. Take advantage of the toilets near the ball fields and the Ranger's Office at the...More

Located along the inlet of Cayuga Lake. Nice walking trail. Close to the water and nature. Trail is several miles long if you walk the full length. It goes from the East side of the lake to the West side.

Ithaca has lots of lovely trails but this one is the most accessible, easiest and still beautiful. For those who want to chat their exercise, it offers loops of various lengths, including a free outdoor array of exercise machines (near the Rte 96 bridge). It...More

Although portions of the trail pass thru industrial Parrish area, the portion of trail near the Ithaca Children's Garden and along the inlet toward Cass Park marina is a scenic favorite. The trail is especially nice in the winter months when the days are short...More
