This park was closed for the season when we were in Lake George but it looked like it would be fun. I've read mixed reviews about it but I love the fact that it looks like a throw back to the '60's. I'd love to...More

Yes, it's an old venue. We prefer to call it "kitschy". There are things here you can't find anywhere else: old, cool rides...a DIVING HORSE...a great magician...decently priced food..and best of all: SHADE. FInally, you won't be dragging home kids with sunburns and heat exhaustion....More

We came for the put put. Course was excellent but items were dated. That being said they were repairing any issues as they came. Good course with a food challenge

The park is nice and clean. Most of the park is shaded under the trees. Great park for young kids. You don't have to wait in long lines for the rides. Our family went several times when our children were younger.

Took our granddaughter and great niece there in July. So much fun to watch them enjoy the rides and my husband to reminisce of his childhood visits there.

Very old and scary rides, dioramas that seem untouched since the 60's(not in a good way)... be warned. Go on a boat ride, or anywhere else. Brought out of town family here and were most alarmed at the shoddy conditions. Save your cash money. Even...More

We took our almost 3 year old grandson. The smile on his face as he experienced his firs "thrill" rides said it all. He was able to ride all but 2 rides and the one he could have ridden, but the attendant advised that it...More

According to Wikipedia the 'uncanny valley' occurs when human replicas appear almost, but not exactly, like real human beings and elicit feelings of eeriness among observers. I bring this up because the Magic Forest is home to some of the best examples of this I've...More

My kids grew up here. It's an amazing place and a one-of-a-kind experience. Be sure to bring a sweater/sweatshirt (even in the summer months) because it is mostly in the shade.

Yes, they have quite a few picnic tables and I believe you are able to bring a cooler in. We brought food, not in a cooler, and didn't have an issue.
