The falls here are a cute place to visit. There is an optional donation box when you come in. There are a few little signs to read a small pond to walk around before you hit the falls. There is an overlook at the top of the falls and an area along the fence at the top. The one issue is that the woods have definitely grown up and you don't get much of a view of the falls.
We then tried to walk down the path to see the falls. We stopped at the viewing area about half way down. It was a decent photo. The frustration was trying to find a way to a lower spot. We saw a bunch of people down at the bottom of the falls. We backtracked along the trail looking a way down. We ended up getting very badly lost.
There might be an easier way down but we didn't find it and I don't know how those people got there.

Beautiful small park. Easy to find. Steep going up and down the stairs but worth getting to the bottom. Nice walking paths. Can be a challenge for those that don’t walk well.

Is a nice place to walk around, I visited during winters one thing need to be careful is the icy walk way. The place is wide and enjoy the natural view. However the time visited the fall nearly 80% frozen and the lake there is fully froze.
However for people that bring dog to walk around should clean up the “stuff” that left over and not leave it over there.

It's an easy hike to the falls. The falls are beautiful, nestled in the woods. We visited on a warm fall afternoon and enjoyed the diversion on our road trip. It is worth a quick stop.

We stopped here on our way to the Cazenovia, NY area in early Oct 2020.
It was a chilly day, but we enjoyed having a picnic lunch and walking the trail to the falls. We even found a cache (have you heard of geocaching?).
This is a beautiful park, and we might have spent more time if our schedule permitted.
If you're going to take photos of the falls, you need to check the time of day for the best photo op.

The hiking is amazing! So many scenic and vibrant views (of course we went during the summer so that helps. This place is pretty big, so you could spend most of the weekend exploring all the different trails. There are options for hiking, biking, etc.
The trails we took were navigable for our small children and had a fair descent.
Pretty cool place to just wander around and look at old bridges, caves, waterfalls etc.

If you want to see a falls without a lot of hiking, this is a nice spot. The top of the falls is right near the parking lot and then you can take a short hike towards the bottom. You can't actually walk along the river here. They do have lots of other well-groomed paths that go around the grounds. It was an easy walk around the property. I wouldn't call most of it hiking since most of it was on fairly even ground or even through fields. Very peaceful and would be great in the wintertime for snowshoeing or cross country skiing.

Very amazing experience with my teenage daughter who loves photography. We hiked, enjoyed the falls, took a ride on the swings and teeter tawter. Plenty of places to picnic and beautiful scenery. Lovely place to take family, pets and even have a wedding!
