At Tobay, you can enjoy the ocean, bay, spray park and dining. I just took my grandchildren to the spray park. It was great! I took a chair, blanket, light snacks and they had a ball!

If you like the ocean or the bay, it cant be beat. Water park for kids. Resturants for food. Ocean beaches are the best..Plenty of well protected open areas with friendly well trained lifeguards. Short walk from parking to beach.. Showers and clean bathrooms. What...More

This beach is in serious decline . Slopes downward after 10 feet of beach , always tire tracks and dirty sand and the tunnel still filled with water after 40 years .

The Beach is awesome and the bar by the beach makes a perfect combo. We went twice after 5 pm and were able to access the beach for free.

This beach is very clean, and you don't have to walk a long way to get to the ocean, unlike at Jones Beach and Robert Moses. There is also a day side, and spray park. Great beach for a young family.

This is my family's favorite beach. Perfect for young kids because this is a bay beach with light waves. Admission is expensive, if you are not a Oyster Bay resident.

Started the 2018 summer beach season yesterday. Enjoyed the beautiful surf and sand of Tobay Beach. I go to tobay for its natural beauty and carefree atmosphere. Plan to go many times during the summer of 2018.

There are 2 restaurants on the Bay side at Tobay. The Crazy Oyster is sand level and is open every day. Mango Bay is farther back and elevated but you should check when they are open.
