Yes it is a very nice place to go if you like history or even for the gorgeous view. for small kids I would not recommend it. But for bigger kids would really like it to understand our history

I'm not certain. Maybe go to their website for hours of operation, or call? I don't see why they wouldn't be open, but again, I am not certain.
