Lines were long but moved fairly quickly. Leaving and waiting for the elevator is a joke. It was a mass exit.

If you are visiting Niagara Falls I would say go to the Canadian side. The US side is nice but the Canadian side has more for families to do and see. They also have a boat ride on their side that is the same as the Maid of... More

The opening date each year depends on ice conditions in the river. It is very possible that the boats will be operating on April 24th.

Their website says the opening day is determined by when there is no more ice flow on the river. By that date the I e should be long gone and they should be open.
