It was just as I was told only better! We got there early, second boat out, and it was the way to go. We didn't buy tickets ahead of time and it was no problem. They move you through quickly and off you go. Well...More

This was a reasonably priced, 20-minute delight. The slicker you're given will likely not keep you completely dry. Our faces, shoes, and lower pant legs were drenched. But you'll be unforgettably close to the falls. Your camera will also end up wet, so make sure...More

I decided to directly take the tour as I reached Niagara, and got my first view of the majestic falls on the boat! You have to take this tour to experience the wonder and the beauty of this natural wonder. Stand in the front of...More

A fabulous experience. We had made the trip on the Canadian side a few years ago and I had forgotten what a buzz it was. Prepare to get wet, but feel exhilarated

I just can't say enough about Maid of the Mist. It was amazing. Staff and crew were very friendly. The best vantage point of the falls and just a terrific experience. Worth every penny! Would definitely do it again.

We went mid-day on a Saturday and expected it to be crazy busy. But the line for tickets was no more than 5 minutes and the wait for the next boat was no more than 15. We hustled up to the prow of the boat...More

So worth doing this! You don't really see much of the falls - it's all mist (appropriately) and spray and spontaneous bursts of rainfall once you're really in the thick of it - but the sensory overload is something you can't get from an observation...More

We originally were going to do this tour from the Canadian side but changed our mind when we noticed that the boat on the US side was much less crowded. It's a quick 30 min trip, no fussing, worth it especially if you are not...More

We took the maid of the mist ride, never expecting it to be so wonderful. The boat keeps going into the waterfall when you think it will turn around and you get an awesome view and hear the falls at their mightiest. You feel so...More

It was actually refreshing. We were on the top deck and got a little wetter than my parents on the bottom, but it actually felt good. Just some sprays here and there. It wasn't like a drenching. You will love it!!

I'm not sure, but I would take the tour on the Canada side, or walk across and like the previous post, eat on the Canadian side. The food is terrible at the Top of the Falls Restaurant!
