I just returned from the Seneca Niagara Casino, today is Senior Day, it cost me $700+ to earn 10 points to receive $45 in free play, took 10 miniutes to loose it. In the 4 1/2 hours I was there I did not see one waitress, and I circuled the casino several times, made 5 separate inquiries, all to no avail. Without any competoition in Niagara Falls the Chief will continue to have the absolute lowest odds in their slots, he has no conscience, he is a thief, I got scalpped.

Old slots, no action, NO POKER ROOM. Vast areas of the casino upstairs are totally empty. Looks like the place is getting ready to close. GREAT casinos ten minutes away in Canada with a full poker room And many new slot machines. Save your money, go to Canada where the REAL casino action is.

Seneca Casino has a great design minus the smoking section. The main part of the casino has a view of the STIR stage where pretty good to great entertainment takes place every Friday and Saturday. The bands can be heard and seen from pretty much everywhere.

Gift days are a nightmare. Herds of people jammed into 8 lines with little space where we line up sometimes for over a half hour just to print the slip so that we can go line up again to pick up the gift. A gift typically worth 20-30 bucks unless it's Advantage RSVP gift day and then it's likely worth closer to a 100 bucks. Seneca please find solutions or alternatives to making us feel like cattle in a herd. Move some of the computer screens over to the Will Call or go back to the good old fashioned way of having a customer service rep take you from A to B in one step.

Seneca Casino Slots and the drop in payout %'s the past few months is tangible. It's clear to me and everyone I speak to that our gaming budget lasts half or less of what it used to. It's why our visits or getting less frequent. If it keeps up our visits will be ending. The best way to keep avid slot players coming back it to give free slot play and to give players a fighting chance to play longer on their budget. Let them win sometimes or at least break even. Slot offers have been going down and slot play has been harder and harder to enjoy. It's common now to go through 200 bucks and not get a bonus play.

Seneca staff are mostly friendly. Drink service is good. Restaurants are lacking. The Western Door is good to great. La Cascata serve the worst Lasagna ever. Not what it was pre-Pandemic. They need a change. 3 Sisters is just okay. Good coffee but below avg breakfast. Need to scrap the buffet breakfast and focus on improved quality of breakfast items. Actual fried potatoes would be nice. Blues is fine. Need one more restaurant that offers a Blues type menu in a sit and serve upgraded restaurant.

Seneca offers a Vegas style Casino with good drink service. The casino resort needs a larger version of the Bears Den that holds 3000 people so they can draw bigger name talent. One was scheduled to be built back before the 2008 great recession. It's time to bring that back to life. The main roads from Canada to the casino have been upgraded. Let's hope the improvements continue to expand and make NF USA as nice as the Canadian side.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, excellent views from NY falls side and free parking. The steakhouse was really good too. We would give 5 stars but the service was very slow at the steakhouse.

A corner suite with jetted tub was Very comfortable room with amazing views! Facing Canada, we enjoyed fireworks every night! Every single employee here was super friendly and helpful! We walked to Canada (easy walk) and enjoyed our time there. After dinner at the Skylon, we took a cab back to our hotel… very expensive (60.00) but for us with physical issues, it was worth it!

We had 3 rooms, all were clean, comfortable, updated. The rooms were very dark at night, very quiet, clean! Restaurants were lovely (we ate at 3 of them). The parking area was busy, but easy to navigate. With the exception of 1 rude security guard who told me I needed to learn how to smile after she was very offensive to my daughter (does she even know what my life is and the reason we were there to begin with-- death, epilepsy, Autism,) with that 1 exception-- our stay was nice and we do recommend it.

I liked the ease of getting to this casino. There were plenty of games to chose from. The atmosphere was contagious. The employees were very friendly. I will visit again if in the area

The experience was less than enjoyable to say the least. The table games in NON SMOKING ARE ALL $ 15.00 MINIMUM. CAN'T GO INTO SMOKING YOU WOULD PASS OUT WITH THE CRAPPY VENTALIATION THEY HAVE. That is a shame for anyone who is NOT A HIGH ROLLER. Most are not. They come up to enjoy a little fun but you can't afford to come up like you want to. The dealers are not as fun any more they used to cheer you on. There are extra chairs all over by the tables, not kept neat at all. Crowded in on each table IS NO FUN !
My family member waited in line at 3 sisters cafe approx 40 minutes to find out that they kitchen STOPPED SERVICE they were too far behind ! They turned everyone in line away as they could not verify if it would open up again that night. This is not the first time that restaurant has been EXTREMELY slow at serving guests. The whole point of the restaurants are to have the customers be able to take a break then get back on the floor for gambling as soon as possible. Come on there is no reason to not have enough people working at this stage of the game ! What is going on we have been coming there since they opened up their doors and just seeing it go down hill. If it werent' for us patrons there would be no casino at all. Please get back on the game !

Me and my husband go here often. We were on a little get away together we already ate at the western door before so we wanted to try something new and tried to get into the Italian restaurant that a few people told us about. They told us our wait was 3 hrs due to no reservation and the host was rude. They said they were full to capacity but there was maybe 4 tables seated. We left to try to find somewhere else and ended up calling back 10 min later to take the 730p reservation and the same host said well now its 9pm, in 10 min we went another 1.5 hr further .. either way the host and the snippy attitude was the most irritating part. Very disappointed.
