It was an amazing and breathtaking experience. Considering how hot that day was, I especially had a lot of fun during the Maid of Mist; however, I have to give major credit to the tour guide. He was not only informative but quite entertaining, as you can tell he loved his job and wanted everyone to have a great time.
10/10; I would recommend this tour!
If still wanting to write this review almost a year later isn't enough proof that you will have a fun and memorable time, I don't know what will.

Bus tour to Chincoteague,VA 4/2-4/5. Bus driver John R was an awesome driver. Very accommodating and understanding with the 48 adults and kids on the bus. Nice, friendly and interacted with everyone.

We really enjoyed our tour of Niagara Falls with Mark!! He took us to many places that we wouldn't have been able to go by ourselves. It was so interesting and we learned a lot, too. Worth the money we paid for...but snacks or a small lunch would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it was truly a great experience! Thank you!!

Eduardo was fantastic. I went on this tour with my dad and we always took a little longer to walk around and Eduardo was beyond patient. He made sure we always got the best views and experiences. He offered to take our picture many times to keep the memories. He kept us on time through the tour. I highly recommend seeing Niagara Falls with Eduardo as your guide!

We got picked up at our campground by Eduardo a few minutes ahead of schedule. We were the only people on the bus at first so he gave us a short history and answered a few questions we had about the area. After he got the rest of the group, he went on to give us a tour as he brought us to our destinations. The cave of the winds was amazing, being right under the falls! Next we went on the maid of the mist and got soaked. He brought us to the whirlpool and by the power plants, giving us facts and history the whole time. Then back to the falls to see them lit up at night! After we were all done he dropped us off back where we began.
The whole experience was amazing, especially Eduardo. Well worth the money!

The tour of Niagara Falls was absolutely perfect! The sights were so beautiful. Our guide for the day " Mark the Canadian" was the best guide we have ever had on any tour. He was professional, informative, Fun & Funny!

Bedore Tours was great! Easy booking process and the guide called me the day of to confirm our pickup location and time. They picked us up at the hotel right on time. The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide, Eduardo, was polite, knowledgeable and fun! He kept us on schedule and told us exactly where to go and what to expect so we had the best experience. Little tips like sit in the back of the movie at Cave of the Winds and keep your first poncho so you could have a double layer at the Maid of the Mist. He wore orange so we could find him easily. The tour was about 4.5 hours long but my teens didn’t complain because there were lots of stops and even a snack break. I would recommend the 3 pm tour because you got to see everything in daylight and then still got to see the falls lit up at night! Great trip and I LOVED not having to drive, research what all to see, or figure out the best order to see everything. Thanks, Bedore Tours!

Highly disappointed to have the tour cancelled 2 days before our scheduled and paid tour. The trip had been confirmed the day before cancellation. A full refund was received, but it was a hassle to find another company on short notice.

Dan did a very good job making sure we got to see all the sites. He was very informative and entertaining. The Falls were absolutely breath taking.

Depending on where you start from I would budget roughly 2 hours for your trip. A lot depends on how busy the Rainbow Bridge is going into Canada and how quickly/slowly you clear immigration. If you are planning this trip on a summer holiday it could potentially take much longer because of the amount of traffic at the Falls and surrounding areas. Hope this helps.
