My wife booked the Niagara Falls Classic All American Tour for our family from Bedore Tours. We were actually staying in Canada and walked over the rainbow bridge and down three blocks to the Niagara Falls Official Visitor Center where the pickup was scheduled at 8:45am.
I was a little uneasy and uncomfortable going on a tour, but having Eduardo as a guide was a fantastic experience!
Our family of four and sixteen others rode on an extremely comfortable ride in a mid size twenty four passenger bus. Eduardo guided us to all the activities, tickets ready and walking us in like VIPs to every event. No worries about where to park or where to go, Eduardo took care of it all, keeping the group in tow with history and jokes along the way.
We even stopped at DiCamillo bakery where we could purchase some pastries, sandwiches and drinks midway through to re-energize. It ended up being a spectacular four and a half hour experience.
Since you do not have to worry or pay for parking at the activities, wait in line for tickets and are guided into activities at the best possible time with helpful tips once you are inside, I highly recommend this. It was wonderful.

My husband and I came to Niagra falls for our honeymoon and the best part was this tour. Our tour guide was Mark "the Canadian" and he was funny, personable, informative and kept the tour interesting. The best part was him telling us that when we got on the maid of the mist boat ride that everyone would run to the top deck so we should stay below for just as good of a view as you'd get on top where everyone was crammed together. I highly recommend this tour, it's well worth the money and hopefully you'll get Mark the Canadian and have just as good a time as we did.

Loved this tour. Our tour guide was Handsome Dan, he was informative, funny and knowledgeable. You can tell he really enjoys his job and he obviously loves showing off his hometown. This made him an especially good guide. The Bedore Tour Company is great. I was able to book my tour online with no problems, the staff was friendly and professional and the bushes were clean and modern. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Handsome Dan, you won't be sorry

This was a drive through the city of Buffalo to point out the significant landmarks. Our tour guide, Sherri spoke constantly, and those of us on the tour bus rarely saw what she spoke about. The bus drove way too fast. She mentioned so many names that were irrelevant. Often she missed a landmark because she forgot where it was. Talk, talk, talk. It felt like we were drinking from a fire hose. Don't waste your $$. Get a map. Do it yourself. The only good thing was the great lunch at the Anchor Bar, home of Buffalo Wings.

If you want to see the top Niagara Falls sights and are only in the area for a day or two, this is a fantastic way to do it! Our guide, Eduardo was engaging, well organized and made the whole experience amazing!! Highly recommend you request a tour he's leading. The cost of the tour included all attraction costs and allowed us to avoid the lines. Combine that with the private minibus transportation and great customer service and it was well worth the price!

Bedore Tours was great! Easy booking process and the guide called me the day of to confirm our pickup location and time. They picked us up at the hotel right on time. The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide, Eduardo, was polite, knowledgeable and fun! He kept us on schedule and told us exactly where to go and what to expect so we had the best experience. Little tips like sit in the back of the movie at Cave of the Winds and keep your first poncho so you could have a double layer at the Maid of the Mist. He wore orange so we could find him easily. The tour was about 4.5 hours long but my teens didn’t complain because there were lots of stops and even a snack break. I would recommend the 3 pm tour because you got to see everything in daylight and then still got to see the falls lit up at night! Great trip and I LOVED not having to drive, research what all to see, or figure out the best order to see everything. Thanks, Bedore Tours!

Had a wonderful time. " Gorgeous Dan" was our tour guide and he was awesome. We were picked up from our campground at 2 p.m. and returned at 9 p.m. He took us to all the places listed on the brochure plus a couple extra stops.He had silly jokes and tons of information about the entire area including Buffalo. Would highly recommend this tour company and ask for Dan as your guide.

This was our second school trip this year with Bedore. Just finished up a Senior Class trip to Philadelphia with our drivers Daryl and John. Both were absolutely amazing! Daryl was my driver for this trip. Amazing man, friendly and professional. He made sure chaperones and kids were comfortable, entertained, and on time for all events all three days. He was happy to work with us and our schedule all weekend.
Earlier this year we were also with Bedore for a class trip to Washington DC. Daryl and John were drivers for that as well, and amazing then too. My bus had John for that trip. Great guy, friendly and professional as well. He even happily hosted karaoke for 50 high school kids.
Wonderful guys with amazing personalities. Any future trips I would be requesting Bedore Tours, and specifically Daryl and John! Thank you

Eduardo was fantastic. I went on this tour with my dad and we always took a little longer to walk around and Eduardo was beyond patient. He made sure we always got the best views and experiences. He offered to take our picture many times to keep the memories. He kept us on time through the tour. I highly recommend seeing Niagara Falls with Eduardo as your guide!

Bus tour to Chincoteague,VA 4/2-4/5. Bus driver John R was an awesome driver. Very accommodating and understanding with the 48 adults and kids on the bus. Nice, friendly and interacted with everyone.

Depending on where you start from I would budget roughly 2 hours for your trip. A lot depends on how busy the Rainbow Bridge is going into Canada and how quickly/slowly you clear immigration. If you are planning this trip on a summer holiday it could potentially take much longer because of the amount of traffic at the Falls and surrounding areas. Hope this helps.
