We went to 5:30pm Mass on Saturday. The church and parish buildings are beautiful. The priest, Fr. Mazur, worked solo (no altar servers or lectors). He gave an excellent sermon on authority and servant leadership while running an efficient service.

Went to 7:15am Sunday Mass. Lovely service, great sermon, beautiful church. So much history in the church, we had fun reading all the signs and learning about the founders. Beautiful grotto to Mary outside.

The whole family attended the mass here when we visited Niagara. This is very close to the casino and the hotel that we stayed in. This is a beautiful church with its intricate architecture. The priest was very friendly.

I believe it is the oldest in Niagara. Mother Teresa walked these ground , back in 1982. It quietly sits beside the loud garish casino.

We attempted to visit the Parish a number of times during our 4 day stay in Niagara Falls. We went back on Sunday during the scheduled mass and found it open. We stayed for mass and were able to see much of the interior beauty before they closed the sanctuary. This and other religious institutions have suffered from vandalism and stolen artifacts so they were forced to lock the doors when there isn't mass scheduled. Truly a shame as the interior is beautiful. The pipe organ is absolutely stunning and as we were there for mass heard it played. Incredible!

We always love visiting other parishes when we travel. St. Mary's of the Cataract is the oldest Catholic church in Niagara Falls. It is very beautiful, with ornate ceilings and marble pillars supporting the galleries that flank both sides of the main church.

We both were treated very well and with consideration and a sister who was -shall we say in a difficult to deal with mood. Everything was kept in controllable situation due to the preacher. Plenty of rooms to take a child who needed to be away from the crowds and a nice quiet space. Things could not have gone more smoothly and peaceable with out the loving nature of this church.

Our hotel was literally a few doors down from this beautiful and amazing little church. They have a monument outside to St. Theresa of Calcutta, beautiful statues inside and the most wonderful 10PM mass! What a great idea. We were only there a few days and found that this mass worked so well with our schedule and the priest who said our mass was WONDERFUL!! I would go back to visit THIS church specifically!!!

Travelers who visit Old Falls Street should add a few minutes to take picture of this beautiful church. It is located on 4th Street near the Casino at the end of the Old Falls Street. Another beautiful structure near the new glass building,

Is the first Catholic church in the city dating itself to the mid 1800's with ties to Neuman. Building has a sacristy that was the carriage house of a well-to-do historical family. Has two exterior shrines: one commemorating the visit of St Theresa of Calcutta and another for world peace. The interior has history of french and irish history of the area. Painting of north american saints decorate the upper levels of the church interior. Has a late Saturday Mass for working folks.
