It seemed very neglected -compared to European standards. We went there with a guide who had a book & seemed very knowledgeable. Not sure if you could go unescorted. There is no information around the site so you would need to take a guide book...More

This is a site steeped in history, however, there is only one informational sign and the building is in disrepair. This is a diamond in the rough with tremendous potential as a cultural & historical tourist site if preservation and restoration were to occur. Hiring...More

We saw these as part of a tour, and it was OK, not great. But the tour itself was very fun. If you have some extra time, visit, but don't make it a priority.
