This little book store is just a set of narrow steep stairs down to a underground shop that is incredible!! A heap of collectable first editions, brilliant books you would not find anywhere and the guys behind the counter know every single book. If you need a book for the trip home this is the place. Arch out for the... More

I was shocked when I entered at how beautiful the store was. The store was filled with little notes for recommendations and guides on what to buy. The prices are marked up a little from retail but we didn't mind supporting them. They also have a beautiful upstairs reading area!

Well we only went to Athens, Naxos, Santorini and Crete, but out of those places, Atalantis Books was by far, the best stocked book store of English language books, both of mainstream stuff and quality literature and some rare first editions. There were other bookstores that the Fodors and Frommers said were well stocked with English books but we found... More

it is very easy to find, just on the way to sunset way...I bought 2 books for kids! I was very happy and excited! Also, it has a top floor, there is a big terrace, few chairs and desks with some books there for people reading place! Many tourists go there for some pictures!

Any avid reader will be charmed by the coziness, endless sums of literature, and overall warmth of Atlantis. An adorable place that'll allow your mind & eyes to wander -- just don't forget to have your books 'officially' stamped when you leave so the memories of this wonderful little place are kept in tact!

This small bookstore was surprisingly full of everything you always wanted to read and even books you didn't know you wanted to read until then. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I left with more books than I expected but wanted to buy so many more. They also have some first editions that you can't find everywhere. Thanks... More

This small book store is an experience. They have lots of interesting books and the interior is just awesome. You'll find little notes and quotes everywhere and they even have some real unique first editions.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place while walking through Oia to Amoudi Bay and we couldn't have been happier to find this absolute gem of a bookshop! It is beautifully quaint both inside and out, the staff were fantastic and it is just a complete treasure trove. They have everything you could want from Greek classics right through... More

I have never seen such a cute shop. It is below the ground in a cave and small but there are still a lot of books avaiable. They are not cheap because they have to ship everything. My boyfriend regretted not buying a book he wanted so he came back and got a discount. The personal knows a lot about... More
