I visited the museum with four of my friends and it was a fun way to spend a few hours. The exhibits about winemaking were interesting, and you could walk through at your own pace. Then at the end was the best part - tasting the wines.

We first take the visit to the museum which is placed in underground cave and it is very interesting. You learn a lot about winery and life of Santorini's people. They provide you with an audioguide (it has many languages) and there also signs in the exhibitions in four languages. It took us about an hour. When you finish you taste... More

It was a fascinating walk to the museum with the audio tour. It was nice to know so many things about wine and learn how Santorini harvests and puts in so much for its specialty-wine. The wine tasting was another experience altogether. Learning how it is made and its ingredients was just amusing.

The wine museum is very informative and provides a lot of good information on both wine and Santorini itself. The icing on the cake is the wine tasting at the end. It was a great way to end our tour of Santorini and I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a glass of grape.

This was my second visit and loved it just the same. Loved the history of the family and the cave tour. Exceptional! Our tasting was with a wonderful young man who spent a lot of time telling us about his recommendations. Exceptional experience. Great for children as well!!!! They will love the exhibits in the cave.

Visited the wine museum on our honeymoon for a day out. The museum was great with lots of knowledge given walking underground on the journey. The best part was the tasting at the end with very knowledgable staff and 4 wines to taste. Brilliant little shop at the end for gifts and the staff were great organising us a taxi... More

We chose to come to Santorini in November (low season) most of the shops are closed so we are truly sight seeing. The wine museum came up in conversation and for 9euro pp I didn't think we could go wrong. All in all the whole experience is about an hour long, it's really interesting to see the story of wine... A terrific stroll underground getting some wine history through a audio device. You can't beat a good audio tour in my opinion - and getting some wine history through a pre-recorded tape is splendid if you think about it hard enough. Then you get to taste some wines. All super.
