We spent a couple of hours walking along the sandy spit with good views across the water on both sides. A good selection of bird life was about with excellent views of Ospreys. But this is also a playground for humans too with a lifeguard,...More

Beautiful spot overlooking the end of the world and the lighthouse. Good for fishing. Maybe not the most comfortable beach. But worth the visit.

This has to be one of the least known gems of the North Fork! Located at the end of the north shore of LI, the park is on an isthmus surrounded by the Peconic River and Gardiners Bay. Here you will find plenty of spots...More

An amazing beach, I highly recommend exploring some of the many paths. There's a family picnic area, a shop that sells sunscreen and food, BBQs, playgrounds, everything!

After fishing on a BOAT outside of Orient Point for 6 hours we decided to relax at the beach. My son had a ball and it was nice watching him. Very nice clean beach! I would definitely visit again!

Collect shells, bird watch, have a picnic, rent a kayak or simply enjoy a long walk along the shore. You never know what treasures you might find!

Gorgeous place to visit and walk the beach. Don't miss the view of the ferry heading to New London. Bring binoculars and spot some lovely seabirds.

I'm not sure, we went off season and got in free. I did not see any place to camp but there maybe camp grounds in the area. You will love it, it's gorgeous!
