While attending a weekend workshop my wife and I are enjoying the best tasting, high quality, locally-produced vegetarian food. Every type of diet is respected and the diversity of food offerings is plentiful. Enjoy!

I have been to Omega's Rhinebeck campus four times, and the Costa Rica location (Blue Spirit) once and Omega is truly my most favorite place to visit and recharge. It's a simple (dorms, communal dining area, though the Costa Rica location is fancier) but beautiful space which draws amazing teachers in the fields of spirituality (meditation, yoga and workshops on... While the grounds were breathtaking, beautiful, well organized. I was there for 5 days and just had a hard time in the dining hall breakfast, lunch, dinner (only other option was the cafe which was not included in my workshop purchase like the dining hall was). I just never had the feeling the dishes or silverware were clean, they did... More

A dream come true - the inspirational and spiritual mecca that I have always wanted to attend. Immersed in beauty and a Mindfulness Education Conference, I was in heaven.

I live nearby and end up spending relaxing time at Omega. The place is beautiful with lush well tended gardens, good healthy food and a lovely beach. They have wonderful classes but as a "Townie" I get to enjoy the place without the high cost.

I went to Omega Institute having an idea but not really knowing what to expect. The place happened to be nice and clean but super simple. I had been staying in the hotel off premises, as accommodations there were so simple/ borderline not acceptable for my hygienic reasons. Many many people were complaining on rooms with too thin walls... But... More

We have gone to four Omega workshops in the last three years. Generally speaking, they are on a very hight level, but they do challenge you. That is, they expect you to put in some effort in order to gain a return. The emphasis is on personal and spiritual growth. The campus is beautiful but hilly. The sleeping accommodations are rough... Went to see Pema Chodron for a weekend. Great staff, terrific food, well run retreat center with simple, clean rooms. I'd definitely recommend this venue.

We were charged $470/person for two nights in a small room with a queen-size bed, stark furnishings, small, dirty bathroom.

Visiting the Omega Holistic Institute was a wonderful opportunity. The setting is in a beautiful part of Hudson Valley. The trees, flowers, and gardens are visually attractive and one can take slow and reflective strolls.
