This place is eclectic, unique, informative and fun. As you walk from room to room, it feels like you are stepping from one world into another, and each room has a story to tell. It's a window into the history of Rochester, but also just a fun approach to art in general. Go and spend a few hours, and then... More

A truly unique place! You never know what you will see here. It changes and there are some very different things. I don't know if classifying it as a museum is quite the way to describe it. There is an eclectic group of art works, cars, antiques just about everything and everything you could imagine. It takes time to look... More

It is never the same each time I come this local artist museum. The art styles vary so there is a lot to see, and hard to do just in one day. Upon attending a wedding here, the space felt limited. I would recommend a younger crowd if planning a party.

Kids took me here for Mother's day (not Aug.) First time seeing it! Could have stayed looking at all the cool artwork and creative stuff jam-packed in here. Worth a trip if you are visiting Rochester!

Growing up in the neighborhood surrounding Artisanworks, I used to go here a lot with my family. This place never disappoints! There is always something new that has been added to their quirky collection. During the day, they also have local artists in live studios so you can watch them create their masterpieces. Every inch of this building is covered... More

Prepare to be overwhelmed -- in a good way. I've been to Artisan Works many times, always for private parties, and always loved the experience. Each time you come you encounter artworks you recognize as having seen before alongside lots of new ones. Around every corner you'll be surprised. The term "eclectic" describes this collection perfectly. It's a real sensory... More

This place is a bit overwhelming as it is filled with art from floor to ceiling and I mean that literally. So give yourself plenty of time to see as much as you can. We went on a Sunday and did not see any one working as the brochure indicated. And we missed the 2pm tour. It was great to... More

This is a hidden gem of the Rochester art scene. All types of styles. Themed rooms such as the 1950's dentist office, Kodak lab and movie theater. There is roof top art and the business office next store is lined with paintings. Photo friendly and the have snacks. One of my fav places to go in Rochester
