Great fun for the family with lots of practical exhibits, showing young and old how things work. Also activities for the kids that the parents can get into. Had fun on the trip under the lake.

This museum has quality exhibits. The dinosaur exhibit was very well done and great information. The Erie Canal Lock interactive display was great hands on for young and old. Great demonstrations about weather, weight, pulleys, etc. The simulators were not for young children. Well done...More

I was here for the museum brew, so in addition to all the regular exhibits they had some additional activities going on. I had a very good time in early June. Alcohol was expensive but it at least wasn't weak, and its to be expected...More

This museum has kept up with the times and the concept of interactive play. Huge bullet shaped capsules take visitors under Lake Ontario that include a good shaking up. Actually touch glacial ice and dig for fossils. Games for an intro to physics. Local folks...More

There is a lot to see that is of interest and many hands-on displays. A good place for adults and children. Their summer camp programs are outstanding!

I am a museum lover, so I really enjoy this place as do our children. It is a great place to learn. You can go any time of year and it is family oriented. I would recommend this place to anyone.
