One of the very quiet parks of Rochester. The scenerey is beautiful and the abundance of aquatic surfaces gives this park an onsen like vibe (Onsens are natural spas in Japan). I highly recommend it in the summer months. I still have to visit in...More

This fantastic boardwalk leads you through the picturesque marshes and waterways of the old turning point for boats on the Genessee River. We walked it from Boxart Street all the way to the marina and Ontario Beach Park (which was full of beach volleyball, sand,...More

Lovely, well maintained walking/biking path. The boardwalk over the water allows you to catch glimpses of water fowl. Looking forward to going back in the Fall when the leaves are changing. I'm sure it will be spectacular!

My wife and I spent an hour or two walking the trails through the woods and on the wooden boardwalk over the river. Beautiful scenery and very calm and serene. Parking was not a problem - lots of spots.

We have enjoyed the walk many times in all 4seasons. The boardwalk section is great for families. It is picturesque and peaceful especially in the winter as you can watch the ice flows. The Autumn is spectacular with the colors reflecting off the water.
