Cheeses good, but not amazing - which is what I look for when visiting a small craft cheese place (and pay craft cheese prices). Were not able to visit the cows, which disappointed the little ones.

We stopped in for our regular bi-annual visit and were not disappointed. Just love that smoked cheese and the horseradish cheese. Samples galore. What a clean and inviting shop.

If you love cheese you will like to shop here. They have a wonderful variety of cheese. My favorite is the 3 year sharp cheddar. Mmm. Say " cheese "

Great little place, very quiet, but very good cheese. Can buy this brand at several stores, but the actual farm is the place to go.

Came across Shtayburne Farm a couple years ago while driving north along Seneca Lake. The samples of various cheeses, particularly spicy ones, got us to buy a bunch of the chipotle curds. Unfortunately we ran out of them quickly on the way home so made...More

We stopped by Shtayburne Farm while driving through the Finger Lakes in New York. This is a dairy farm where they make cheese from their own cow's milk. We didn't get to see the operation in action but we did get to taste all the...More
