Friendly staff, lots of wines to pick from. The dry wines are actually really good. Took two bottles.

Just an average visit. Nothing makes this place stand out. Wine is decent. Lots of gift shop items. Wish they had food. Server asked where we were staying and wasn't even familiar with the B&B just down the road.

We stopped off at Swedish Hill as we were meandering through the Finger Lakes area. We tried a half dozen of their pours and found we enjoyed the Smart [Donkey] Red the best (It is, as are several of their other wines, named after the winery's pet donkey!) though the semi-sweet Riesling was very nice, too.

We enjoyed the decor outside but the wines weren't worth stopping for. Our hostess was friendly. This wine is served extensively through the area so I recommend it as a place to taste before you purchase a bottle with a meal at local restaurants. It was one of our final stops of the day but the wines were definitely not... More

One of the first wineries we stopped at in the region. We enjoyed their Gewurztraminer and bought a bottle. Definitely recommend stopping.

This was our second visit to Swedish Hill Winery. We visit the Winery each year to purchase a selection of wines which may great gifts for the holidays. The place is small with a friendly staff. Wine tasting is available before making your purchase. For a small Winery they have a nice selection of wines. Swedish Hill is a must... More

Stopped in for a wine tasting and left with 4 bottles. We love finding different wines to enjoy at home and Swedish Hill did let us down. We have different tastes in wine. My wife likes a sweeter wine and I like a semi-sweet to dry wine. We each found ones that we enjoyed.

We stopped at Swedish Hill during a bus trip to the Wineries. The Winery is beautiful. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There were a large assortment of wines. We will definitely be back.

You cannot (or should not) visit every winery on the trail. We are glad we chose Swedish Hill, located right on the main road. Mickey, our pourer, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. SH has a great line of award-winning wines. Our favorites here are the Chardonnay and the Cab Franc. They also offer tours a couple of times a day. We... More
