Informative welcoming and friendly staff. Can give you information on attractions you are interested in, will make good recommendations based on your questions and traveling situation ( couples, children, handicapped, groups) )

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff for all tourists and visitors. All you can get directions, maps, brochures, and coupons for all local attractions. Right in the heart if the city on Broadway across from Congress Park.

Maps, brochures, advice, directions.....all delivered pleasantly in an old trolley station across the street from Congress Park.

If you're walking along Broadway while visiting Saratoga Springs, it's worth a stop here to take in the architecture of a former trolley station.

The staff is very helpful and they have brochure for whatever you want to do. We picked up a walking house tour and Congress Park. Both were very interesting

Plenty of knowledge, both in the volunteer and the brochures. The garden out back is nice. The restrooms are, too. Convenient location right across the street from Congress Park.
