Beautiful artist's retreat. Historic spot with lovely gardens. Would love to take a guided tour and learn more about this spot.

Lovely and tranquil as long as you ignore the traffic sounds from the nearby highway. As the previous writer says, it is better to read about the gardens prior to visiting.

a free walk in the gardens is always a great idea. Roses were still in bloom when we went in Sept. So peaceful.

The garden had been put to bed and the water features had been drained. Nonetheless the structure was very visible and the setting was glorious. If you're a garden lover, you'll appreciate it in every season. Traffic noise was the only downside.

We roamed the rose and rock gardens for about 90 minutes in amazement. Wish the species had been labeled for easier identification. Nice place for a quiet picnic on the lawn.

Perhaps because I visitd in mid-October, the gardens didn't show at their best. The grounds look lovely, but not so many roses this time of year, although a woman was there pruning. There are also Rock Gardens, whic hI wasn't able to find. Will try it in the spring or summer.

Lovely little free(!) garden that is part of an artist's retreat. There are fountains, sculptures and flowers, a woodland walk. Small but pleasant

Took a stroll through Yaddo Garden on a September afternoon. It was a very pretty place with rose gardens, statutes, ponds and waterfalls.
