First time visiting and it was an incredible trip. The road in is steep and gravel so a four wheel drive vehicle would be best in the winter but I did make it up with no problems with my car in Oct. Admission was definitely the best $5 I have spent in a long time. They are open year round,... More

A summer program for children attended Wolf Mountain Nature Center! We brought 22 kids and 4 adults. Pam made a great itinerary for our group! We split up into two smaller groups and were guided on a hike, climbed the tree house, and of course toured the wolves, coyotes and arctic foxes. Will is an amazing speaker and connected so... More

This is going to be a great place once it gets established. I visited with my family and it was great. The wolves are beautiful and very well cared for. I have been to several zoos and animal parks and the wolves here have been the most impressive. The owner stood in the pen with the wolves and talked about... More

This was a lot of fun, but would have been better had we known what time they do the feedings/tours as we arrived just after they finished feeding most of the animals and therefore missed the tour and discussion of most of the animals too. That being said, the animals are beautiful and the staff are super friendly and are... More

Enjoyed a great visit here in February. We had a great time walking around and looking at the Wolves and the Arctic Foxes. Something else we really liked was the fact that the facility is nestled at the top of the hill in a very secluded spot. In addition to that, the staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward... More

Beautiful animals in the mountain setting. A little off the road but worth it. Hearing them howl is worth the trip alone. Highly recommend heading there towards the evening.

Very educational for children and adults. Wolves were awesome, they howled, plain view for us to see, clean facility, friendly staff.

What a great place!! Absolutely worth the drive. But it's really best with a tour. Will is so knowledgeable and dedicated to his mission that you can't help but find the whole project fascinating. We only spent the afternoon there. But we're hoping to go back as volunteers in the summer to spend a couple days helping, camping in the... More

Definitely worth the drive (and the price of admission). The Wolf Mountain Nature Center's knowledgeable staff & volunteers are dedicated to educating their visitors & committed to the importance of wolf and wildlife preservation. They answered all kinds of questions and thoughtfully explained the truths and myths about Wolves, Arctic Fox, and Coyotes. The animals are simply beautiful, truly loved... More

Have visited this nature center on multiple occasions and each visit has been wonderful! Volunteer staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. Attended their annual "Honoring the Spirit of the Wolf" festival this past weekend (10-13-13) and had a blast! Although I agree w/ the prior review abt the driveway, I have found that in past visits, it was totally passable... More
