We went to see "Wicked" on March 25. It was an amazing show and the theater was beautiful. I had read that the seats were uncomfortable, but we thought they were fine. Parking is very convenient just a few blocks away. We will definitely go back.

Five of us visited to see Wicked. While we enjoyed the show and the stunning esthetics, the seats are desperately uncomfortable and the air becomes hot and stagnant very quickly. It was a joy to perform at Landmark years ago but we will not be patrons again until it is modernized.

Went to this theatre for the first time to see the show Wicked on a Sunday afternoon. The theatre is gorgeous! We found event parking (just follow the signs) that was outdoor and $10. I heard there are several parking garages to utilize as well, but this was just a couple blocks away. We had orchestra seats (row P&R) and... More

Although the play was fantastic, seats are terrible. I am 5'10" and I could not sit up straight in the seat. I paid $39 to sit sideways with my knees pushed up in my chest. So uncomfortable. The theater should be ashamed of themselves, asking people to pay good money for these seats. They should rip them out, provide comfortable... More

I just watched the amazing play Wicked on the weekend here. What a beautiful theatre but the charm ends once you get seated. I'm 6' tall and was not able to sit without my knees against the seat in front of me. In fact I couldn't even get my legs together it's so tight. I had the unfortunate event of... More

Gave my grandaughter tickets to see Wicked as a Christmas present. Spent the weekend in Syracuse. First time at this magnificent theater. Absolute awe at the decor. What a gem for Syracuse. We sat in the center balcony row V, seats are a bit "cramped". It was a bit warm, seemed like no air. But the show was so spectacular... More

The history of this building is amazing. The walls and ceiling are so fantastically detailed, it's almost overwhelming.

I've been in these grand hallways since being a kid in the 70's and have visited since. Can you imagine a modern movie theater plating anything in real gold and buying Tiffany glass? Those days and dollars are long gone.

The landmark is a historical landmark that was updated. But the update is just a beautiful facade. No elevators for people who can't walk to upper levels Seats on first floor were never updated and your must be 90 lbs and 10 years old to fit comfortably in the seats. My husband is a 6 footer whose knees were jammed... More
