Something you cannot missed out is the excursion at Nakupenda and go to this island that appears when the tight goes down! Snorkeling is highly recommended and in my experience, following a person from there can help you to see rare and stunning stuff.

You can book your trip from your hotel or directly in Stone Town, speaking with the guys who stay near the ocean shore. The price is half and you can negociate any kind of trips you want to do on the island.
