A comfortable walk on a newly constructed walkway. We could hear and see the glacier breaking. Take the Catamaran to see the glacier close up. It was a beautiful sight well worth seeing.

A visit to the south of Argentina and not seeing Pertio Moreno is simply a sin. Getting so up close and even personal - do a treck on the glacier with crampons (strenuous but a ton of fun) is an experience of a lifetime. And you might even get lucky and see the glacier calling. It is simply quite impressive... More

It's a 'must do' if in El Calafate, but be aware that it's super touristy. I have hiked across and paddled up to glaciers before, hence it wasn't high on my agenda, but glad I went as the magnitude is impressive. The boardwalks are well laid out and the necessary infrastructure has been put in place to cope with the... More

Just one of the best places to visit in Calafate, not far away from the city. You can enjoy the view all the year, but the best time is during spring, so the weather is suitable to go hiking and enjoy the views!

The sight of the glaciers, the colour. Just magnificent. The size with all different sizes floating in the waters. The blue colour of them is amazing.

We took the bus tour and boat ride when we visited the glacier. We went from El Calafate in Argentina. It was the most awesome experience. So beautiful and it is so high and gives one quite an eerie feeling when the blocks of ice break off and splash into the water. It is a must see! Be aware that... More

We did the mini trekking with Hielo y Aventura, and recommend it wholeheartedly. You get the best of this wonder of nature. Pack a good lunch, wear boots, and bring a raincoat or something to protect you.

There is a viewpoint with various routes that you can take, with varying difficulties. You can also do a boat ride to the front of the glacier. The views are really awesome.

No wonder this is a world heritage site. It is stunning. We drove our own car and it it about 90 minutes from El Calafate with about 30 minutes driving from the park entrance to where the road ends at the boardwalks and boat embarkation point to see the glacier. The boardwalks make it easy to walk and see the... More

World Class national park. So many viewpoints to admire this wonderful glacier. I went on minitrekking and that was an exceptional experience too.
