I've visited the Chateau together with my boyfriend during out trip to Saint Emilion. It was a great experience really worth your time! The guide has explained in detail about the cultivation and growth of the vines and particularly the ones growing on that estate. She then further explained the process of making the wine, how the grapes' berries are... More

Very interesting tour of the vineyard, winery and caves. Informative and fun. Lasted around an hour and was very good value with tasting at the end of the tour.

We visited a few chateaus and vineyards and took several tours but this was one of the best.our tour guide was extremely fluent in English and really knowledgeable about the chateau and its wine. The underground tour was interesting and the wine tasting accompanied by hints and tips on how to enjoy the wine at its best was informative and... More

Advised by the tourism office, we bought tickets for Chateau Villemaurine. Turns out there was no tour planned for the time, so there was no tour guide available. The manager was very nice about it, and a tour guide made her way there for the tour. I was initially delighted that everyone was so eager to deliver. Unfortunately, Stacy (sp?),... More

Wonderful tour, guide was very interesting and informative and provided some great background not only of the winery but also of the quarries of Saint Emilion. Well worth a visit. We got our tickets from the Tourist office.

It was a good tour and a really interesting space. The cellars were super interesting. The tasting was of only two wines... Not sure if that's standard. They were very different wines

To kill two birds with one stone, book a tour here as you will see the winery plus get a chance to see the underground quarries beneath the winery. It's a great way to explore one of the more fascinating features of Saint-Emilion. We booked a tour in English and we were pleasantly surprised when it became a private tour... More

One of the most interesting vineyard tours I have been. Located in saint-Emilion. Book a tour over telephone. Good English speaking guide, interesting explanation of wine making process, but the highlight of the tour was the visit to the limestone chambers 4 to 5 storeys under the vineyards partially used as cellars. Unfortunately the wines tasted were not great but... More
