    The best park in Europe!
The best amusement park in Europe! Beautiful with all the different areas. So much to see and do. Clean and tidy, lots of benches, toilets and restaurant options and not crazy expensive. Rides and attractions for everyone and all ages. Reasonable waiting times even though the park was crowded and fully booked the day we went there. We will absolutely come back soon!!! The only downside is that all shows are in german or french not anything in english even though this is supposed to be a euoropean park.

Good but not my favourite theme park
We enjoyed our time at Europa Park but the queue times were very long. We only managed around 7 rides from opening to closing (and we didn't stop for food - ate out lunch in the queues). A big issue was teenagers queue jumping. It happened on almost every ride and there were no staff anywhere to keep an eye on this. Another thing we found was people smoking in queue rides - small spaces which had clear no smoking signs which were ignored. The rides were really good but would have liked to have gotten on more.

    Beats expectations!
We visited a number of parks and from experience we are under the impression that Europe lags behind. With this mindset we visited the Europa park. Oh boy, how wrong we were! The park has a distinctive European flavor which gives a meaning to the various zones. Attractions are really top notch. The obvious issue of multilingualism is not a showstopper. We had fun aplenty, and walked away genuinely impressed. The whole thing is extremely well kept and still expanding - we will be back to try the new rollercoaster being built on the Croatian corner. The only suggestions for improvements is the food (remarkably homogeneous across the country islands) and the total lack of phone recharge facilities - we missed some great photo opportunities because of low battery ;)

    The best park of Europe
Europa-Park is the best amusement park in Europe. The park is dedicated to all ages, so you can go there with your family and in addition you can bring your drinks and your bowls or your sandwiches without any problem. Games with different sensations are at your disposal. The car park is large and paid for with a single rate of €8 per day. I advise you to pay for parking at the barrier because there are too many people at the payment terminals at the exit of the park. The two payment terminals take coins or credit cards.

    I’m not a theme park enthusiast but…
My 2 teenagers and husband love theme parks. I tag along and usually “hold the bags” but I must say Europa Park is the best we’ve visited. They did the 3 big coasters and I found plenty to do in between. The layout is beautifully kept and I love the very authentic country zones. We all enjoyed the water rides, Can can coaster, Swiss toboggan and Pegasus. The app is great for waiting times, none of which were excessive. I think I managed 11 attractions to my family’s 14 during the day. Not bad for someone who doesn’t like theme parks!

    school visit
came here with a coach full of children on our school visit, loved the idea of countries and the train to each one as it made it much easier to find things and people! however my one criticism is that i did not see any water fountains for people to have a drink, it was 36 deg the day we went and it was spend spend spend.....people will still spend their money, but to offer free water to customers like they do in the towns locally would be amazing and a kind gesture considering how much you spend on a day there. Our poor pupils spent all their money on drinks as it was so hot on the day and nothing hardly on trying the foods of the world. great that theirs lockers for a Euro each but another problem is if you open it to get your lunch then you have to pay another euro to lock it again! money for nothing...... simple things but they are the important things

A hidden gem! What a fantastic theme park!
Best theme park we’ve been to (and we’ve done Disney in Florida!) very clean and a great range of rides to suit all tastes. The theming is good with different country areas. The longest queue we waited in was 40 mins which compared to Disney (1-2 hours for most) was fantastic! It never felt too busy in the park. The food was really well priced and good quality, again a breath of fresh air after Disney. I love that Europa park have the virtual queue system free and available for all, this works so well (how Disney used to be until they got too greedy and monetised it) We loved it and would recommend it!!

    Stunning rollercoasters
A very nice theme park with lots of rollercoasters which satisfy the needs of adrenaline junkies. The virtual lines ensure that you do not have to wait for every attraction. Especially the wooden Wodan and the steel Blue Fire mega coaster are worth it. The restrooms are very clean and prices of food are decent.

    Europa park theme park
We stayed on site in the bell rock hotel in europa park for a week. Europa park is a very big with plenty of attractions to choose from. The shows in the park in general are of an excellent standard which you would expect as a stand alone experience. The park has a huge variety of rides and attractions for all age groups and is well run and very clean with queues for even the most popular attractions rarely exceeding 30-40 minutes. In summary an excellent theme park which you will need a couple of days to experience properly especially if you have younger kids with you.

    Wow!
This was our first visit to Europark with our two teenage children (13 & 15). First thing to mention is this park is huge. If you’ve been to any theme park in the UK, then you’ve never been to anything like this park. Yes, it had its usual long queues, but apart from the ‘virtual queues’ which not many people seem to use, everyone queued at the same rate, so no annoying fast pass people making you wait longer still. While in the queues there are drinks and ice cream kiosks dotted around, so at least if you are getting hot you can grab a well deserved drink. The queue routes are well designed so you never felt you are queuing for too long. The park is set into different country zones, and we got on the monorail and started in the Spanish section which is furthest from the main entrance. The rides we went on were excellent, and we managed to get on 8 large rides the day we were there (10th August), and we quickly realised we’d have needed 2-3 days to get around all the park. Sadly we only had time for 1 day on this visit, but we would go back in the future. The park is immaculate and appeared well maintained, and they looked to be building new rides ready for the 2024 season. The food and drink was priced at a level you’d expect a theme park to charge a captive audience - Expensive! But no surprises there. Overall, a really nice place to visit!

The theming and rides were amazing. The attention to detail on some of the rides was incredible. There were tons of options for all ages. Unfortunately, the number of smokers really ruined a lot of the fun for us. The person smoking a joint next to my 6 year old, and the people smoking in front and behind during the 1 hour queue for Voltron were truly disgusting. None of it is helped by the number of cigarette vending machines everywhere. There are rules against smoking in queues, and rules against smoking marijuana, but nobody enforces them. I would far rather see rules enforced, and preferably specific smoking areas.

I have visited many theme parks both in Germany and in the UK, and Europapark is definitely one of the best. What makes it stand out is that it caters for all ages and tastes, it is vast and so well themed. If you have children of different ages then Europapark is definitely the best place to go: It's as good as Disneyland for small children and as good for thrills as Phantasialand. It is just so vast and varied, there is something for all age groups. You will need two days to explore it. It's easy to get to by public transport (fly to Basel, then trains to Freiburg and Ringsheim) . We had a great time. Beautiful fun place.

My family and I, including my grandchildren, were delighted by our visit to the park, observing its impressive growth and development over the years. To fully explore the park and enjoy the array of rides, shows, and attractions, dedicating at least two days is advisable. The park's cleanliness and meticulous maintenance were evident throughout our visit, reflecting the staff's dedication to providing a pleasant environment.

The park offers a variety of attractions catering to all ages, from exhilarating roller coasters and virtual rides to more serene story rides and shows. While we noted that the food and drink prices were on par with other parks, we appreciated the flexibility to bring our own snacks and meals. The admission price proved to be a good value, considering the extensive entertainment options available, ensuring a memorable experience for the entire family.

Europa Park is such a great place for all ages. There is so much to do and the energy of the park is so positive. The representation of countries throughout the park is very accurate and it is also quite educational. There is everything for all ages, access to toilets and food wherever you look and the park is huge! From monorails to observation towers there is always something to do. The park is extremely kid and teen friendly which makes it so amazing for when you are travelling with family, food is spectacular and the park is surprisingly extremely clean. The rides are really fun, you can tell they put alot of effort into making sure their rides are enjoyable for all audiences and that they put alot of time into the decoration and accurate representation of the rides in the different countries. During my stay, I did not see one piece of litter at the park. They even use eco-friendly cups which is so great. Queue times are not even that extreme, the rides are amazing for the wait (especially Wodan, that was the family favourite)! I absolutely recommend this park to everyone and anyone as you will be blown away at how well-managed and spotless the park is. The park is brilliant for its value and I will 100% be coming back here in the future.

Great theme park & lots to do over the two days we visited. Some things I’d say they did even better than Disney such as the Pirates ride which was pretty great. The ride inside the giant “Epcot ball” was great too & we really liked the waterboat ride. The park area near Ireland was great for our 2 year old, lots of slides & the same inside where the Arthur ride is. Wodan ride was up there with some of the best we’ve been on in the UK and Orlando.

Overall, if you’re considering visiting it is well worth it. What we did was fly into Basel, spent the day/night in Basel, train to Rust where we stayed for 3 nights then got the train to Disneyland where we spent a further 3 nights. Was different to our usual holiday to Orlando and was a nice change.

My favorite theme park ever, and I'm from California! So much love in the details, which complements the wide variety of rides. You have these megacoasters, lile Blue Fire and Silver Star, classic roller coasters lile Wodan, and lots of options for younger guests. Even if you don't like rides, there are a lot of shows that are fun to watch.

I always go during Halloween and winter season. Halloween is probably better for teenagers, because the "big" rides are open, and the haunted Geisterbahn & other events may be a little scary for little kids.

Winter is more family friendly, with beautiful lights and a Ferris wheel that lets you see the entire park light up. There are more shows for kids too, and the shows are less scary. Christmas musicals and songs.

My favorite ride is Blue Fire (sit in the front!), and at night in the winter is the absolute best! You can see the park and lights while you're plummeting to your doom, lol

Hotels are a bit pricy, but made in loving detail and the staff is always friendly. I like Kronasar, but Bell Rock and Andaluz are great as well. The breakfasts (and coffee) are fantastic!

I was really impressed. I haven't had one disappointing trip yet!
